Client Solutions Manager

This role is particularly suited to someone with experience in the apprenticeship sector who is looking to step away from teaching and learning and transition into account management and client relationships. Reporting into the Quality and Compliance Manager, you will take on a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring the successful delivery of apprenticeship programs. Acting as a trusted partner, you will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide outstanding support, and implement initiatives to enhance engagement. This role requires a proactive and strategic mindset, with occasional travel to meet clients and working closely with internal teams including marketing, commercial, and delivery to drive client satisfaction and retention.

Client Solutions Manager - Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include:


Leveraging your apprenticeship expertise to support clients in understanding funding, eligibility, and off-the-job training requirements. Strategic account management position, building and nurturing client relationships. Acting as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring they're satisfied with our services and supported throughout their apprenticeship journey. Facilitating onboarding by training clients on our bespoke KB Client Platform and assisting with the Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS). Collaborating with marketing and commercial teams to enhance client communications. Collaborating with the operations and delivery teams to ensure operational consistency and embedding client feedback. Keeping clients informed about apprenticeship updates and KnowledgeBrief's offerings, reinforcing our position as a trusted partner. Celebrating apprentices' successes, both during the program and at the End-Point Assessment. Leading discussions to enhance client retention and explore opportunities to expand the client base. Managing your own workload and schedule effectively. Occasionally travelling to client locations to build and strengthen relationships.
Client Solutions Manager - Experience & Qualifications:

While we welcome applications from a range of individuals, ideal candidates will possess some or all of the following:


A minimum of 2 years' experience working within the apprenticeship sector. (essential) A strong understanding of apprenticeship funding rules and sector guidelines. A self-starter who thrives in managing their own time and responsibilities. An experienced relationship builder with a knack for identifying and growing strategic partnerships. A creative problem-solver with the ability to develop initiatives and campaigns that enhance client engagement. Comfortable with occasional travel and face-to-face meetings to foster strong client connections. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset. A genuine passion for learning and the impact it can have on clients' workforce development.
