New Client Acquisition (NCA) is a consultancy company which specialises in helping gym owners market themselves, systemise, grow and scale their businesses & brand. We formed in 2018, after both co-owners had spent 15 years each growing their own successful gyms and developing the experience, skills and knowledge to help others do the same.
NCA have since consulted over 700 independent gyms from all over the world to build extremely successful businesses that massively impact the health and fitness of their local communities in a rapidly growing industry.
This isn't a typical account manager role, you'll be on the frontline as a coach, a mentor and a strategic advisor. You'll work closely with our gym owner clients to guide them through our consultancy training programs, solve challenges with them, and hold them accountable to the success they signed up for.
The Role
You will be the go-to mentor for our clients. You'll onboard them, coach them through implementing or training, troubleshoot their growth challenges and provide strategic support tailored to their business goals. You'll play a key role in transforming small gym businesses by helping the owners and employees flourish professionally. This is 'all hands on deck', and you'll be on the pulse every day, at the top of our company, working side by side with both business owners and not only helping our clients, but also being a key player in driving our company's success forwards. Nurture and manage client relationships end-to-end, from onboarding through to long-term success
Guide clients through our business training programs, coaching them to implement business systems and strategies effectively
Be the success coach and accountability partner for our gym owners
Gain an understanding for each gym's specific goals and challenges and offer tailored advice and creative solutions
Track progress, troubleshoot roadblocks, and proactively drive results
Deliver regular progress updates and performance reviews
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our client resources, strategies, and systems
Collaborate with the wider team to ensure an exceptional client experience is delivered.
What We're Looking For
Someone with prior experience is an advantage (e.g.former gym owner, gym manager)
Likewise, experience in adjacent client-facing roles such as; business consulting, account management, or coaching roles will be would be hugely beneficial.
Strong coaching, mentoring, and people leadership skills
Confident communicator who can grasp and then simplify strategies and motivate others into action
Passionate about personal and business growth
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and great at managing multiple clients
Tech-savvy (CRM and Social Media experience ideal, but not essential -- we'll train you)
A proactive problem solver with a "get sht done" mindset Based in/near Weymouth or able to commute to our office in Weymouth to work
Ultimately, whilst experience is preferred, we are open to all applications that are truly switched on 'go-getters' that can demonstrate the attitude that this role needs; a sharp individual, with excellent communication skills and a fast learner that has the ability to confidently lead and inspire others.
