You'll take ownership of a portfolio of clients, leading the strategy, communication, and performance of their Amazon Seller accounts while building strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Your key responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for your clients, updating them on performance, trends, and opportunities
Deliver exceptional written and verbal communication, always proactive, clear, and solution-oriented
Provide regular reporting, analysis, and actionable recommendations using Amazon tools
Collaborate with internal teams to implement creative, copy, and content changes
Conduct strategy calls and onboard new clients
Spot retention risks, identify upsell opportunities, and help grow client accounts
Who We're Looking For
2+ years' experience
managing client relationships or PPC campaigns (Amazon, Google, or similar platforms)
Exceptional communication skills,
both written and verbal, with a proactive approach to keeping clients informed
Strong time management and organisational ability
, comfortable juggling multiple accounts and priorities
Understanding of Amazon,
competent enough to speak the language and handle client issues confidently
Commercial understanding,
able to identify opportunities to upsell and grow client accounts strategically
Friendly and team-oriented,
enjoys working collaboratively in the office (3-4 days per week)
Genuine interest in the industry,
curious, eager to learn, and passionate about Amazon and advertising
