What we're looking for





We have an exciting opportunity for a highly-motivated and business-focused individual to join NCUK as Client Success Manager for our UK and RoW regions. This role will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with our network of global study centres in the UK and RoW Regions (primarily Europe). The role will work with the Regional Director and Business Development Manager to take ownership of partnerships following the point of accreditation. The role's core responsibility is to work with study centres' marketing and recruitment staff to drive enrolment and meet the regional annual growth targets.





The role will work with colleagues throughout the business to ensure that there is strong delivery of functions for each partnership and also to support the end-to-end journey of a student, from registration onto an NCUK programme through to placement and enrolment with one of our University partners.

What will you do?





The post holder will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong working relationships with NCUK's network of Study Centre partners. This will involve understanding each Study Centre's goals, challenges and requirements, and tailoring solutions to meet their needs and our goals. You will need to proactively and regularly engage to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with other teams in NCUK to ensure that any issues are resolved in a timely manner.

What do you need?





To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate will:


Be educated to degree level or equivalent qualification Have proven experience in client success or account management in-sector Have experience working with CRM software (e.g. Hubspot) Have excellent interpersonal skills, including sensitivity to different cultures and the confidence of giving presentations to large audiences
