TopDrawerManagement Ltd (TDM) is a fast-growing agency that powers the online creator economy. We deliver comprehensive support to digital creators -- from CRM-based sales management and social media marketing to financial advice, tax guidance, banking solutions, and welfare services. Our 24-hour interactive headquarters in the heart of the Midlands features gym and spa facilities, offering a modern and engaging place to work.
Founded as a small family-run business, TDM has evolved rapidly over the past two years, expanding both in size and reach, with team members and partners operating globally. We're now seeking a
Success Manager
who's eager to make a genuine impact -- someone who can connect creators and the agency, ensuring collaboration, performance, and growth remain at the highest standard.
The Opportunity
We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented
Success Manager
to join our dedicated creator success team. You'll act as the key link between our creators and internal departments, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and that all parties achieve outstanding results. The perfect candidate will be an excellent communicator who understands the dynamics of social media platforms and enjoys helping creators reach their potential. You'll work closely with our existing Success Managers and report directly to the Marketing Team Leader and CMO.
Main Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison between creators and TDM, ensuring clear, consistent communication.
Coordinate deliverables and deadlines to maintain smooth collaboration between both sides.
Provide creators with regular support, guidance, and actionable feedback to boost their success.
Develop positive and productive relationships with creators built on trust and transparency.
Work cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams to ensure flawless execution of campaigns.
Anticipate potential issues or bottlenecks and find proactive solutions to improve outcomes.
Who You Are
Experienced in client success, creator management, or social media coordination.
An excellent communicator who can handle both professional and creative conversations confidently.
Familiar with all major social media platforms and preferably experienced in managing or growing accounts.
Organised and able to juggle multiple projects, relationships, and deliverables effectively.
Adaptable, forward-thinking, and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Based within commuting distance of Lichfield, able to work on-site 5 days per week, with some weekend availability when needed.
Preferred Experience
Background in industries that involve regulated or sensitive content.
Knowledge of tools such as Infloww, Discord, Telegram, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, or Canva.
Strong grasp of the inner workings of social platforms, including algorithm behaviour and engagement trends.
What We Provide
Competitive salary, depending on experience.
Quarterly performance-based bonuses.
The opportunity to play a key role in an ambitious agency that's expanding quickly in a thriving niche.
Direct collaboration with company founders and senior leadership.
A results-driven culture that values creativity, communication, and initiative.
Access to a modern workspace with great perks -- free drinks, games, and an engaging team environment.
