Now we're looking for someone to help us deliver that value consistently -- by managing both client relationships and internal operations.

Your Role

You'll be the point of contact for a portfolio of clients, while also running the backend ops that keep things moving.

It's part Client Success, part Operations, fully about

making things run smoother and results more predictable.



What You'll Own

Client Success



Onboard new clients and guide them to fast wins Run monthly check-ins with clear reporting and ROI insights Own client satisfaction, trust, and retention Communicate proactively -- not reactively Spot upsell or expansion opportunities

Ops & Delivery



Coordinate tasks with our ads, systems, and support team Manage delivery timelines, checklists, and repeatable processes QA key client outputs before launch (campaigns, automations, reports) Track campaign performance and suggest improvements Help us scale internal systems, SOPs, and client tools
You're a Fit If You:

Have 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles (agency, SaaS, digital) Know how to manage both people and processes Communicate clearly, confidently, and proactively Are comfortable using tools like ClickUp, GHL, Zapier, Meta/Google Ads Manager, or similar Are organised, systems-minded, and focused on outcomes Are based in the UK and available during standard UK business hours (flexible)
Engagement Details

Freelance/contractor position

-- this is not a PAYE role

Retainer: 1,500-2,500/month

depending on scope and experience

15-20 hours/week

to begin and full time after

Ongoing role with potential to grow into Head of Client Delivery You'll invoice monthly and manage your own tax We're not looking for clock-watchers. We're looking for outcome owners.

Pay: 1,500.00-2,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
