Client Support Advisor

. This role is key to ensuring smooth communication, efficient service delivery, and a high standard of client satisfaction across a dynamic property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely and professional responses
Coordinate and monitor reactive and planned maintenance requests, ensuring they are logged, tracked, and resolved efficiently
Liaise with engineers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure service delivery meets agreed standards
Maintain accurate records and documentation using internal systems
Support reporting and performance tracking for client KPIs and SLAs
Build strong working relationships with client representatives and site teams
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a client support, helpdesk, or facilities coordination role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CAFM or similar systems (desirable)
A positive, solution-focused attitude and commitment to delivering great service
