What You'll Be Doing: Your Mission



You will be crucial in maintaining the smooth day-to-day operations and high client satisfaction across the entire client lifecycle.

First Point of Contact:

Serve as the professional, first point of contact for all inbound client inquiries via phone and email.

Query Ownership:

Take end-to-end ownership of all incoming service tickets, phone inquiries, and order/stock discrepancies.

Resolution & Escalation:

Resolve common client queries efficiently and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.

Data Integrity Champion:

Maintain high data accuracy and transparent records by logging all client communication within the WMS/CRM (HubSpot), and proactively monitor/flag WMS-related data errors.

Operational Liaison:

Liaise cross-functionally with the Operations, Warehouse, and Digital Operations teams to streamline processes and ensure seamless service delivery.

SLA Management:

Execute tasks and workflows to consistently meet or exceed established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance targets.

Are you what we are looking for?



You take a proactive approach, and have a can-do attitude You possess excellent organizational skills and acute attention to detail. You bring experience in customer service, administration or client support You enjoy multitasking and can prioritise tasks
Bonus points if you have experience in within a 3PL, eCommerce, or logistics environment; a familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems ; or experience handling customer enquiries in a professional setting.
