As we enter of 16th year of trading, we're looking for a Client Support Manager who loves building relationships, keeping things organised, and making clients feel valued and supported every day. You'll be the friendly voice and on-hand support behind the scenes, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and solutions that truly make a difference.

What You'll Be Doing

Acting as the first point of contact for clients, offering support with confidence and professionalism. Preparing clear, insightful reports to help clients understand their historic purchasing and identifying areas to save money. Hosting monthly team calls to share updates, discuss client needs, and celebrate successes. Building lasting relationships that strengthen partnerships and enhance client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

A natural communicator who enjoys working with people and solving problems. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Experience in hospitality, client management, or a similar service-focused role. Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable working with data and reports. A proactive, positive approach, in other words someone who cares about doing things well.
