Client Support Specialist (Health Insurance Administrator) - Fully Remote (UK)



Salary Range:28,000-32,000+ experience dependent + benefits

experienced Client Support Specialist / Health Insurance Administrator

to join us.

This is a role for someone who enjoys detail, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a business that genuinely cares about its clients and its people.

What you'll be doing



Preparing renewal packs, client files and summary letters Keeping the CRM accurate and up to date Collating premium and claims information and chasing updates from insurers Negotiating discounts with insurers to help clients Spotting opportunities for advisers to review or switch policies Providing quotes for new business Handling inbound calls, MTA's and email queries etc Supporting the full renewals process from start to finish Maintaining Excel spreadsheets and portfolio trackers Ensuring compliance and tidy record-keeping Related general tasks

What we're looking for



PMI / health insurance experience

(consumer or SME) mandatory Superb attention to detail, methodical and accurate Strong written and spoken communication skills A quick learner, organised and reliable Comfortable working fully remote (we're on Teams all day, like one office in separate rooms) Able to juggle deadlines and stay calm under pressure A real team player - we don't do "lone rangers" here Positive, energetic, and committed to doing great work

Hours:

Mon-Thu 9:00-17:30 (flex to 9:30-18:00). Earlier finish on Fridays in winter - earliest being circa 2:30pm).

Holidays:

33 days (includes bank holidays and published religious/seasonal days).
