Working as a Client Support Tax Administrator, you will provide quality service to support our client delivery teams in achieving service line targets and ensuring operational objectives are met.

What does this role involve?

Joining us as a Client Support Tax Administrator, you will prepare and send standard letters and documents, both in the post and via our online client account, and file tax forms electronically, submitting them to HM Revenue and Customs.

Teamwork




You will provide administrative support to our tax team. Following instructions from the team, you will contact HM Revenue and Customs and make appropriate file notes when required. You will also be responsible for producing monthly workflow statistic reports from digital programs to monitor work progress.

Client experience




You will assist with client onboarding in line with our engagement, maintenance, and disengagement procedures. This will include liaising with clients to arrange appointments, obtaining missing information and following up on paperwork and unreturned documents.
