3 days minimum required working from the office in Warwick.



Role and Responsibilities:



Building relationships with suppliers and customers

Provide a supporting role to the leadership team in administering the business

Dealing with ad-hoc customer requests and project work with regular feedback to management

Data processing and data cleansing

Preliminary data investigation and analysis

Data import, validation, and interrogation:

Checking and validating supplier invoices Responsibility for data accuracy Ensuring that data is received in a timely manner
A practical approach to raising, chasing, and escalating queries

Identifying and logging savings and activities

Constructive feedback to line managers on database improvements or ideas on continuous business improvements

An intuitive and proactive approach to providing the best customer service

Accountable for own work and actions.

Willingness to take responsibility for work and to make processes more efficient

Preferred Skills:



Experience working with Microsoft Excel

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A pro-active approach to customer care and service

Pragmatic & inquisitive approach to solving problems

A logical approach to managing individual workload, prioritising tasks and asking for support where needed

The ability to plan, implement and see through a project to completion

Computer literate and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Experience of working with large data sets, with a keen eye for detail

A positive team attitude, and a willingness to be flexible to accommodate a variety of tasks

Ability to respond to change positively

Quick thinker and not afraid of offering ideas in the spirit of continuous business improvement

Pay: 25,000.00 per year
