Role Purpose



The Client Technical Support role will be responsible for importing & exporting client data files (communicating with 3rd parties to resolve issues as required) and printing & mailing client communications.

This is a key role within the team and demands a person with excellent customer facing skills as well as an impeccable attention to detail. The role requires the handling of data from a wide range of European clients which include a large number of bespoke requirements to process correctly.

Key Responsibilities



Data import and export

Import client data files within the relevant SLA (Service Level Agreement) Generate and send client billing files within the SLA Ensure SLA breaches are kept to a minimum by resolving issues in a timely manner Manipulate client data into standard formats where required Liaise with clients when data files have not been received or issues are identified Work with our Client Management team to assist when our clients make changes or have issues Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g, GDPR) and industry standards.
Client communications

Print and send client communications with the appropriate insert(s) Ensure that SLA breaches are kept to a minimum by ensuring communications are checked and despatched on time, resolving issues with Royal Mail as required Manage mailroom supplies (paper, toner, envelopes, etc)

Skills and Experience Required



Relevant experience within an administration role that required strong IT skills Good working knowledge of Microsoft products (such as using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams) Strong attention to detail Previous experience in handling large amounts of data Ability to work individually and collaboratively Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to communicate confidently with a range of stakeholders
