We have a fantastic opportunity for an active enthusiast of heights to join our team in Adventure Climb in Redhill as a

Climbing Team Member.

Adventure Climb is our state-of-the-art climbing facility making us the ultimate destination for climbers in Surrey and beyond.

you will share your passion for sport, provide top-notch experience for climbing fans of all skill levels and ensure the time spent with us is fun and safe.

How we will keep you busy:

You will provide instructions and guidance to climbers of all ages, skills and abilities, You will engage with our guests, inspire and motivate them to reach new heights and achieve their goals, Support Climbing Instructor with safety briefs, Adhere to Health & Safety rules and procedures at all times, Fit climbers with safety equipment Create a fun and inclusive environment, where everyone feels welcome and supported

About You:

Downright people person who can communicate with people at all levels, Self-motivated, proactive and open to learning, Experience of working with groups of all ages and abilities, Flexibility to work as part of shift rota, including mornings, evenings and weekends, Experience in climbing beneficial but not essential
