We are now seeking a
dedicated, organised, and enthusiastic Clinic Assistant

Role Overview
As a
Clinic Assistant
, you will be a key member of the front-of-house and operations team, ensuring seamless clinic functioning and an exceptional client experience from start to finish. You will work closely with the Medical Director and practitioners to support day-to-day activities from patient coordination and compliance to stock management and marketing support.
This role requires a confident communicator with excellent organisational skills, a polished presentation, and a genuine passion for aesthetics, wellness, and customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Front of House & Client Care
Provide a professional, welcoming experience for every patient entering the clinic.
Handle client enquiries (in person, by phone, WhatsApp, and email) with efficiency and empathy.
Manage bookings, patient reminders, follow-ups, and payments accurately.
Ensure the reception and patient waiting areas always reflect the clinic's luxury brand standards.
Clinic Operations & Administration
Coordinate daily practitioner schedules to ensure efficient time management and minimal downtime.
Maintain and update patient records in the clinic's management system.
Support the clinic's operational compliance, including GDPR, consent forms, and health & safety policies.
Assist with stock control, monitoring inventory, placing orders, and maintaining treatment room readiness.
Oversee room setup and post-treatment preparation, ensuring all clinical spaces meet hygiene and safety standards.
Compliance & Standards
Assist with maintaining high operational and documentation standards across the clinic.
Ensure that infection control, data protection, and safety protocols are followed at all times.
Support the Medical Lead in ensuring adherence to industry guidelines and best practice frameworks.
Marketing & Brand Support
Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Help organise photoshoots, video content, and educational events in the clinic.
Engage with patients to encourage testimonials and enhance online reputation management.
Support in planning open days or promotional campaigns in coordination with management.
Teamwork & Growth
Work collaboratively with practitioners to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient operations.
Attend training sessions to enhance your knowledge of aesthetic treatments and regenerative procedures.
Contribute ideas to improve patient experience, marketing efficiency, and operational excellence.

Previous experience in an
aesthetic, medical, dental, or wellness clinic
(essential).
Strong
administrative and organisational skills

Excellent
customer service skills
and ability to maintain discretion and professionalism.
Desirable:
Qualification or certification in health, beauty therapy, or aesthetics administration.
Basic understanding of cosmetic treatments (Botox, dermal fillers, PRP, skin boosters, etc.).
Experience supporting marketing or patient engagement activities.
