As our Clinic Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of everything we do -- ensuring the clinic runs smoothly, clients feel valued from the moment they enquire, and our doctors have everything they need to deliver outstanding care.
What You'll Be Doing
Front-of-House & Administrative Excellence
Owning the
entire client journey
, ensuring a seamless, luxury experience from first contact to follow-up.
Delivering
5-star customer service
every single time.
Managing
appointment scheduling
, doctor diaries, and staff rotas for a smooth clinic flow.
Maximising clinic revenue through effective client communication.
Clinical Support (
Full Training Provided)
Assist
doctors and specialists
during treatments, preparing equipment and ensuring patient comfort.
Maintain
sterile, organised treatment areas
and uphold CQC and clinic protocols.
Provide
aftercare guidance
and follow-up support to ensure optimal client satisfaction.
Salary
: 26,100 - 28,188 per year (full-time equivalent)
Hours
: 16-20 hours per week (
3 weekdays and 2 Saturdays per month
)
