London Optimal Vision is a consultant-led ophthalmic clinic specialising in advanced laser vision correction, refractive lens exchange, cataract surgery, and premium ICL procedures. As our patient base grows, we are seeking a highly organised

Clinic Coordinator

with strong

telephone sales and lead-conversion skills

to support patients from first enquiry through to consultation and treatment.

What you'll do Lead Conversion & Patient Enquiries



Respond rapidly to all inbound enquiries (phone, web forms, WhatsApp, email) and convert them into booked consultations. Proactively call back warm leads, old enquiries, and no-shows to maximise conversion and maintain an active pipeline. Qualify each patient's needs and suitability, clearly explain available treatments (Laser, ICL, Cataract options), and book them with the correct consultant. Handle objections confidently, build rapport, and maintain excellent phone etiquette.

Clinic Coordination & Patient Journey



Ensure all appointments are accurately entered and maintained in the clinic diary/CRM. Coordinate daily patient flow and liaise with the clinical, optometry, and front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless experience. Prepare patient information, reminders, and follow-up communications to support strong show rates and treatment uptake. Track and maintain patient notes and communications to a high standard.

Reporting & Administration



Meet and exceed KPIs including speed-to-lead, consultation booking, attendance, and consultation-to-treatment conversion. Provide weekly reports on enquiry volumes, conversions, and revenue contribution. Support the management team in improving booking pathways, scripts, patient information, and workflow efficiency.

What you'll need



1+ year experience in sales, telesales, inside sales, medical enquiries, or patient coordination.

Strong confidence on the phone with clear communication, active listening, and objection-handling skills. Proven ability to convert leads and manage a structured call-back/follow-up process. Healthcare, optical, or ophthalmology experience is desirable but

not essential

--full training is provided. Comfortable working towards daily/weekly targets and maintaining high activity levels. Excellent written and spoken English. Proficient with , calendars, and MS/Google tools. Professional, organised, reliable, and able to stay calm in a fast-paced clinical environment. Full right to work in the UK.

Package & Hours



Salary:

26,000-30,000 DOE + bonus/commission structure.

Hours:

Monday-Friday (9:00-18:00), with occasional Saturdays by rota. Full training on ophthalmic treatments, patient pathways, and sales techniques. 20 days holiday + bank holidays, pension,
