We're looking for an organised, proactive, and solution minded
Clinic Coordinator
to join our aesthetic team of Level 3 & 4 beauty therapists and our dermatologist nurse practitioner. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love working in a client-focused setting, we'd love to hear from you!
Duties
Assist the clinical staff in day-to-day operations
Manage front-desk duties: welcoming clients, answering calls, booking appointments, providing clients with a high standard of service and refreshments
Maintain and update client records in clinic management software
Handle stock take and ordering of supplies
Ensure clinic cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards are upheld
Support marketing initiatives (e.g., social media coordination, client engagement, analysing business performance and forecasting)
Monitor client satisfaction and resolve concerns professionally
Assist with invoicing, billing, filing, and end-of-day cash-ups
Provide support during workshops and teaching sessions
Liaise with clinic partners
Develop KPI's and target strategy for clients and staff
Experience
Previous experience in a clinic, spa, or beauty environment (beauty setting experience preferred).
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable with administrative software (booking systems, spreadsheets, etc.)
Professional appearance and demeanour
Flexibility to work one weekend a month
Previous experience within social media management (essential)
Exceptional customer care skills
