This October, we proudly celebrate our 11th anniversary alongside the exciting launch of our plastic surgery services - including hair transplants, rhinoplasty, and body surgeries - expanding our already comprehensive portfolio.

To support this growth, we are seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager who can combine commercial drive with a luxury client experience. The ideal candidate is ambitious, persuasive, and commercially astute -- able to hit and exceed revenue targets while maintaining the prestige and client trust that The Hampton Clinic is known for.

Your Key Responsibilities



Take full ownership of sales and business development, driving clinic growth and confidently achieving ambitious revenue targets. Expand the client base through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic business opportunities. Convert leads into loyal clients, delivering high-value consultations and expertly closing sales. Monitor sales metrics, client data, and performance insights to maximise results. Partner with marketing to optimise campaigns, promotions, and events that generate quality leads. Ensure every client receives a premium, personalised experience that matches our reputation for excellence. Provide commercial insights to management, identifying opportunities for innovation, new services, and continued growth.

What We're Looking For:



A proven sales achiever with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets. Strong background in aesthetics, medical cosmetics, luxury retail, or hospitality. Experience in business development and expanding pipelines within a competitive, high-value market. Charismatic, persuasive, and confident in closing high-ticket sales. Commercially sharp with a passion for spotting opportunities and driving growth. Professional, polished, and client-focused, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Resilient, self-motivated, and energised by success.

Additional skills that will be highly valued:



Qualified in medical cosmetic injectables. Qualified in PRP and cannula use. NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Beauty Therapy with 3+ years hands-on aesthetics experience.

What We Offer:



Competitive base salary starting from 30,000 (DOE). Realistic OTE 55,000+, with high-value treatments (1,000-5,000). Generous commission and performance bonuses.
