Compensation:

Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonus.

On-Target Earnings (OTE):

45,000-55,000

- Wednesday & Thursday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM

- Two other shifts: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- Sundays: Closed

What You'll Be Responsible For:



Managing day-to-day clinic operations, including staff scheduling, inventory of

aesthetic products and medical-grade skincare

, equipment maintenance, and compliance with health & safety and industry regulations Driving sales and confidently hitting clinic revenue targets with strong commercial and aesthetic market awareness Leading and inspiring a team of

aesthetic therapists, beauty consultants, and front-of-house professionals

to deliver exceptional service and results Owning the full

client aesthetic journey

, ensuring every touchpoint--from consultation and personalised treatment plans to aftercare--is seamless, professional, and tailored to individual skin and wellness goals Being the friendly, professional face of the clinic: welcoming clients, resolving queries, and handling issues with empathy and efficiency Tracking daily sales, performance metrics, and client feedback; identifying opportunities for growth and continuous improvement in both service quality and business development

What We're Looking For:



A customer-first mindset with

proven success in customer-facing roles--

preferably within beauty, wellness, or medical aesthetics--but

a genuine passion for the industry combined with retail/account management experience

is equally valued.

Experience in a leadership, supervisory, or management

role within retail, hospitality, beauty, or advanced aesthetics settings.

Strong commercial awareness

with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

A natural leader who can

coach, motivate, and inspire a high-performing team

of skin and beauty professionals.

Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced, results-driven clinic environment.

Energetic and personable

, with excellent communication skills; comfortable handling client calls, managing appointments, driving promotions, and performing reception duties.

Skilled in complaint resolution, maintaining a calm, professional, and client-focused approach.

Bonus Points For:



Previous experience in the beauty, wellness, or medical aesthetics industry. NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetic Treatments, or a related field. Knowledge of the latest skin technologies, laser devices, and skincare science.
