You will develop your expertise and contribute to leadership on all aspects of the recruitment, training, and career development of our clinical academic trainees including the implementation of procedures relating to the annual recruitment, monitoring and budgeting exercises.
You will work closely with colleagues within NHSE-TV as well as being key point of contact and advice for clinical academic trainees themselves.
You will also Deputise for the Head of Clinical Academic Development at both local and national committees and/or working groups as required and identify new opportunities that may advance and enhance OUCAGS objectives.
About You:
Key skills and experience needed for this role include:
Proven self-motivation and demonstrable experience of line management and working simultaneously across multiple projects, managing varied deadlines, and prioritising workload effectively.
