Living Well Consortium (LWC) is recruiting for a Clinical Administration Officer. The post holder will support with administration related to clinical processes, including minuting meetings.
Living Well Consortium is a network of third sector mental health organisations working collectively to support the mental health and wellbeing of people across Birmingham and Solihull. The organisation has secured contracts to deliver psychological support to people across this area through the NHS Talking Therapies (NHS TT) programme.
The post holder will arrange and coordinate meetings in addition to supporting with diary management. They will take minutes across meetings related to clinical processes and ensure that all actions are followed up.
Furthermore, the post holder will support with administration related to clinical processes including arranging group sessions, assisting with the development of resources, and requesting feedback forms.
The successful candidate will have experience working within administrative roles, including taking minutes. They will also be experienced and proficient in programs such as Microsoft Office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 24,389.56 per year
