An exciting opportunity has arisen at our established and busy Practice for a Clinical Administrator to join our team at the Phoenix Health Group.
With a large clinical team supported by experienced Patient Care Advisors and administrative staff, we look after over 25,000 registered patients. We are based at four sites in and around Cirencester and Tetbury. Everyone working in the Practice is valued for the role they play in providing a high-quality service for our patients.
Administration team duties include:
To ensure that administrative systems are in place to help clinicians meet the clinical requirements of the GP contract/QOF/Enhanced Services etc.
Provide administrative support to help clinicians maintain high standards of care across all clinical areas through audits, register checks, templates & coding, protocols, patient recall etc.
To ensure that administrative systems are in place to help the Practice maximise its income for clinical work done.
To register new patients and to keep existing patients' registration details up to date.
You will need:
Good standard of education, including qualifications in English and Maths.
Experience of working in an office environment.
Experienced administrator.
Excellent keyboard and computer skills.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Competent user of Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel.
Accurate attention to detail.
Manage and prioritise your own workload.
Have the ability to work under pressure and to a deadline.
