The Recruiting Group conducts Assessment Centres (AC) for candidates wanting to become a soldier in the British Army. This dual role includes performing standard medical tests as well as administrative duties.




No medical experience required - full training provided




Location: Pirbright Assessment Centre, Surrey


Hours: 37.5 per week, with occasional Saturday work (TOIL available)

What you'll be doing:



Carrying out routine medical screening tests, such as, audiometry, ECG, vision, height/weight, BMI, urinalysis, and spirometry Preparing and managing medical documentation and ID verification Recording results accurately in both written and digital formats Liaising with healthcare professionals and external agencies Handling general admin tasks including correspondence, filing, and photocopying

Essential qualification/skills/experience



Must be IT literate and comfortable using inhouse database Strong accuracy and attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and processes Comfortable in carrying out physical checks on potential recruits

Desirable qualification/skills/experience



Experience within a medical environment, is desirable Familiarity with the army, would be an advantage
