Job Description

Key responsibilities Manage patient registrations and deductions on clinical and workforce systems (EMIS). Prepare, review, and submit PPA claims in accordance with NHS regulations and deadlines. Draft, format, and distribute medical reportsand non-NHS letters. Provide support to process urgent TWR letters and other referrals when needed.



Support efficient document processing and workflow. Coordinate proxy access services for patients, including setting up authorised representatives in clinical systems. Ensure all data entry and communication is accurate and complies with GDPR and NHS information governance standards. Maintain audit trails for work undertaken and assist in compliance checks.



Carry out other general administrative tasks including call handling, scanning, filing, and appointment coordination when needed.
