We are seeking a competent and professional Clinical Advisor (Nurse or Paramedic) to support our clinical team. You'll need to have a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience with experience in clinical advisory, triage, and case management roles
This will initially be on a fixed term contract for 6 months which may lead to a permanent role
You'll be working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. This position is offering 35,000 per annum pro rata
The purpose of this role is to manage the clinical inbox by triaging, reviewing, and coordinating all medical queries, ensuring accurate and timely progression of cases.
The Clinical Advisor will gather relevant clinical information, liaise with clients and healthcare providers, and escalate complex cases where required. The role ensures that all necessary information is collected to allow cases to proceed within agreed service level agreements (SLAs), while maintaining high standards of clinical governance and client satisfaction.
