Permanent or zero-hour contract, with the potential for additional ad-hoc shifts to provide holiday and sickness cover.

About the Role

As a

Clinical Assistant (CA)

, you'll play a key role in supporting our practitioners and ensuring every patient enjoys a smooth, positive experience from start to finish.
You'll assist during clinical sessions, maintain the flow of the clinic, and uphold our commitment to excellence in care, professionalism, and atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

Support chiropractors during patient appointments, including

writing clinical notes

and maintaining accurate records. Welcome and check in patients, helping to create a calm and positive experience. Assist with scheduling, payments, and general administrative duties. Maintain clinic cleanliness, organisation, and readiness for each shift. Contribute to a warm, professional, and healing atmosphere for patients and colleagues alike.

What We're Looking For

Friendly, warm, and compassionate personality with excellent interpersonal skills. Strong communication and organisational abilities. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team. Keen interest in health, wellness, and holistic care. Previous experience in a clinical, healthcare, or customer is essential.
