Ready to revolutionize healthcare, making it faster and more accessible than ever before?
How we started:
Back in 2013, our founder Dwayne D'Souza saw an opportunity to give people faster and more convenient access to medications using technology. We've grown rapidly since our inception, without any external funding whatsoever - achieving profitability through innovation and a highly disciplined approach to growth.
Where we are now:
We've earned the trust of millions of people worldwide through our top-selling products and well-known brands: MedExpress, Dermatica, ZipHealth, RocketRX, and Levity. A lot of our success is down to having our own pharmacies, manufacturers and products - spearheaded by leading in-house medical teams, researchers and pharmacists. Between 2023 and 2024 our global revenue tripled; 60m to 180m (300% year-on-year growth). We're looking to do the same in 2025; move into new territories, and further accelerate our growth journey.
There's never been a more exciting time to join HeliosX.
Where we're going:
Over the next five years, you'll support our goal to become a world-leading healthcare partner, deepening our customer relationships, expanding into new countries, and diversifying our product portfolio to treat more conditions. You'll be part of helping more people access prescription treatments and, most importantly, making personalised care better, quicker and easier for everyone.
Come be a part of making our dream of easier and faster healthcare a reality!
We are seeking an experienced part-time healthcare professional (e.g. a post-CCT GP, GP Registrar or a Pharmacist) to contribute to the Clinician Performance Management Audit Project. The successful candidate will play a key role in assessing the quality and safety of clinical decision-making within our service.
This will involve auditing a defined sample of prescribing notes and clinician-patient communications (e.g. consultation emails or telephone calls) to ensure compliance with internal evidence-based protocols and that appropriate clinical judgement has been exercised.
In addition to clinical audit work, the role will include data analysis and interpretation, identifying trends, outliers, and potential areas for improvement. Audit findings will be presented weekly to the Quality Lead in an online review meeting, with the opportunity to discuss outcomes, highlight any concerns, and support the continuous professional development of our clinical team.
What You'll Do
Assist with audit volume of clinical decision making notes for the weight loss service:
Following access to our prescribing interface, the clinician auditor (following appropriate training) will conduct structured and systematic audits of clinical notes and patient communications (including consultation emails).
Basic Data Analysis:
In addition to clinical note and communication reviews, the role will include basic data analysis and interpretation. From within the team of auditors, one member will take the lead in analysing audit outcomes, including RAG-rated performance scores, to identify trends, outliers, and areas requiring targeted support.
Weekly Results Presentation:
The appointed auditor will also be responsible for preparing and presenting a weekly summary of audit findings to the Quality Lead (this will be on a Thursday AM - day/timings TBC)* This meeting will provide an opportunity to discuss overall performance trends, highlight clinicians who may require additional support or training, and agree on follow-up actions to maintain high clinical standards across the service.
