Clinical Coordinator

to lead and support our nursing team, ensuring outstanding patient care, compliance, and smooth operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Management:

Act as the

line manager

for the dental nursing team within your hub, supporting their professional growth Support the Group Practice Manager and deputise across hubs when required Proactively address performance issues, ensuring a high-performing team culture Cover last-minute absences when necessary to maintain service continuity Lead regular team meetings and training sessions

Compliance and Governance:

Ensure full

CQC and GDC compliance

, supporting audits and clinical governance processes Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action plans Collaborate with other

Clinical Coordinators

across hubs to uphold best practices and maintain high clinical standards

Operational Support:

Assist with the mobilisation of new vans and expansion of new hubs Work with Key Account Managers to maximise

efficiency and service delivery

Oversee

stock control and equipment maintenance

Train and mentor new clinical staff to ensure high standards from day one

Administrative Responsibilities:

Prepare weekly rotas and arrange cover for absences Track and report overtime and payroll data Lead and contribute to governance and operational meetings

What We Are Looking For

GDC-registered Dental Nurse

with a strong understanding of compliance Organised, proactive, and confident in managing teams Competent with IT systems and compliance software A positive and supportive leader, eager to

others Full UK

driving licence
