Priory Hospital Woking is looking to recruit a Registered Psychologist to join the team This is a part time/ 22.5 Hours role.



We are a mental health and addiction rehab hospital, offering world class inpatient and outpatient treatment.

What you'll be doing

You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our patients wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. As Registered Psychologist, you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients.Assess mental health and behavior using interviews, tests, and observation to understand emotional, cognitive, or behavioral issues. Diagnose psychological conditions such as anxiety, depression, or learning disorders (depending on local regulations). Provide therapy and evidence-based treatment plans to help individuals, couples, or groups manage mental health challenges. Maintain professional standards by adhering to ethical guidelines, completing continuing education, and maintaining licensure.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Psychologist with a strong commitment to providing high-quality mental health care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds. You should be experienced in conducting psychological assessments and delivering evidence-based therapies tailored to individual needs. A high level of professionalism, ethical integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential. We value someone who can work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Strong organizational skills, emotional resilience, and a passion for helping others are key to thriving in this role. Prior experience in clinical or counselling settings is highly desirable.
