We're now looking for a Clinical Deputy Manager to support our Home Manager in leading the team and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.



About the Role

As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will:

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.



Lead, supervise, and support the care team to deliver outstanding care.



Participate in assessments and care reviews, acting as a key contact for residents, families, and staff.



Foster strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.



Promote a positive, resident-focused culture in line with our "Good" CQC rating.



What We're Looking For



A qualified nurse with an active NMC PIN .



Has previous experience in a similar leadership role within a care setting.



Ideally holds or is working towards a Level 5 Leadership and Management for Adult Care qualification.



Demonstrates excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.



Has a natural ability to put others at ease and foster a supportive team culture.
