Responsibilities

Lead and support clinical teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional resident care.

Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with management to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs. Monitor quality standards and implement improvements as needed. Provide training and mentorship to clinical staff to foster professional growth. Manage medication administration and ensure safety protocols are followed. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for regulatory compliance.
