Clinical Deputy Manager - Greenways Care Home, Glasgow

We're delighted to introduce Greenways Care Home, a brand-new luxury home opening soon near the River Clyde in Glasgow. Thoughtfully designed for comfort, dignity, and community, Greenways will provide exceptional residential, nursing, dementia, and respite care for up to 58 residents.


As our Clinical Deputy Manager, you'll play a vital leadership role in shaping the care and culture of this brand-new home. With compassion, professionalism, and clinical excellence at your core, you'll help build a warm, person-centred environment where residents can truly flourish.

25.00 per hour Contracted to full time hours Pension Onsite Parking Paid PVG 5.6 Weeks Annual Leave (Based on a full-time contract)

Your Role

As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you'll support the Home Manager in delivering outstanding care and leading a dedicated, compassionate team. You'll set the tone for clinical excellence, ensuring every resident receives the highest standard of personalised care.


Day to day, you'll work closely with residents and families to ensure their needs are met and their voices heard, while guiding, mentoring, and inspiring your team to deliver care with kindness, confidence, and pride. You'll act as a trusted deputy, stepping into leadership when needed, and helping shape Greenways into a place that feels like home for everyone who lives and works here.

What You'll Bring

Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a current NMC registration. Strong clinical expertise and confidence in decision-making. Experience supporting older adults and a passion for improving their quality of life. Proven leadership and mentoring skills to develop and motivate your team. A naturally positive, supportive approach that inspires others and promotes excellence.
