We're now seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager to join our leadership team and help us continue delivering exceptional care every day.

What You'll Be Doing



Support the Home Manager in the daily running of the home, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.



Lead and inspire the care team to deliver person-centred care with warmth and professionalism.



Oversee care planning, assessments, and reviews, acting as a key liaison for residents, families, and professionals.



Build strong relationships with external partners and multidisciplinary teams.



Champion a culture of excellence and kindness, aligned with our commitment to outstanding care.

We're seeking someone who is:

A qualified nurse with a valid NMC PIN.



Proven experience in a leadership role within a care home setting.



Ideally working towards or holding a Level 5 Leadership and Management in Adult Care qualification.



Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.



A natural ability to lead with empathy and foster a positive team environment.
