52,723 per annum

40 hours per week

This role is a mix of 24 hours on nursing shifts and 16 hours supernumerary shifts per week, full flexibility required

As a Clinical Deputy Manager at Telford Hall, your role will involve:



Taking the lead in ensuring that outstanding levels of clinical care are provided to residentall times

Supporting the Clinical Lead Nurse and Deputising for the Registered Manager in their absence

Offer supervision, support and training to Nurse, Senior Carer and Care Assistant colleagues

Ensuring at all times a safe, caring, stimulating and homely environment for residents and their visitors

What are we looking for?



Applicants should be dedicated, proactive and trustworthy RGN's or RMN's, with proven supervisory experience and either experience of, or a keen interest in, working in a nursing home environment

Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, as are an enthusiastic and flexible approach to work and a keen interest in the professional development of themselves and others

Must be a Registered Nurse holding a valid NMC pin
