We are looking for a nurse-qualified Deputy Manager to join an award-winning care home provider in the beautiful coastal town of Penzance, Cornwall. This Deputy Manager position comes with an excellent salary of 50,564 to 55,631, exceptional training and development opportunities and many more benefits.

Duties in this Deputy Manager role include:


Responsibility for monitoring standards of care delivered by qualified care staff Supporting the Manager in implementing all policies, procedures, and objectives Monitoring the well-being of each resident, being aware of any change impacting care and care plans, and ensuring that new needs are met Acting as a focal point for contact with residents, relatives and visitors, and health and social care professionals.




The ideal candidate for this Deputy Manager role will be a qualified nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN. You will also have prior experience in a senior clinical position within a care home.
