The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Clinical Deputy Manager

to join our leadership team. In this role, you will support the Registered Manager in overseeing clinical care delivery, ensuring the highest standards of governance, safety, and well-being across the service.

You will also play an active role in day-to-day care, working

one day per week on shift alongside the nursing team

, while collaborating closely with our Residential Deputy Manager and newly appointed Senior Nurse.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strong clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing team. Support the Registered Manager in all aspects of clinical service management. Work collaboratively with other senior staff to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care. Manage complex care cases, with training provided where required. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellent governance.

Requirements:

Active NMC PIN (Essential). Experience in managing clinical teams and supporting service delivery. Experience with complex care (or willingness to undertake training). Strong knowledge of clinical governance and compliance. Resilient, motivated, and able to demonstrate longevity in previous roles. Must live within

40 minutes of the home
