Are you a registered nurse ready to take a leading clinical role in a supportive care home?
We're recruiting a Clinical Deputy Managerto join a well-established, welcoming care home providing residential, nursing, and dementia care in a modern, well-resourced environment. This role will see you managing complex clinical cases, supporting the Registered Manager, and working one day a week alongside the team on shift.
About you:
Registered Nurse with an active PIN Experience managing clinical teams or willingness to undertake training Strong knowledge of clinical governance and care systems Resilient, reliable, and committed to longevity in role Able to live within 40 minutes of the home
