Key Responsibilities
Clinical Oversight
Supervise and support nursing and care staff in clinical duties. Monitor residents' health and care plans. Ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory standards (e.g., CQC in the UK).Staff Management & Support
Mentor and supervise nurses and care staff. Help with staff training, appraisals, and performance management. Step in for the Clinical Lead/Manager when absent.Quality Assurance & Audits
Conduct clinical audits and report findings. Implement action plans to address gaps in care quality. Monitor infection control, medication administration, and safeguarding practices.Resident-Centered Care
Ensure care plans are person-centered and regularly updated. Liaise with families, GPs, and multidisciplinary teams. Advocate for residents' needs and preferences.Regulatory Compliance
Assist in preparing for inspections and responding to regulatory bodies. Ensure accurate documentation and incident reporting.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From 23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
