The role is employed 12 month FTC 1 day per week - preferably a Wednesday Some travel throughout the region is required so a driving licence and vehicle is essential Joining a supportive team

Your future, your role

As a Hygienist/Therapist Clinical Development Advisor, you'll be:

Advising and supporting new and existing hygienists and therapists with ways of working and working with the wider practice team Creating and supporting peer review groups in the area to support development, sharing of best practice, encourage communication and networking amongst hygienists and therapists Coaching hygienists and therapists on achieving optimal diary productivity to maximise clinical efficiency and personal earnings Supporting the maintenance of high clinical standards and governance as we deliver outstanding patient care Ensuring there is appropriate awareness of GDC Standards, NHS regulations and company policies

You will need:

To be a GDC Registered hygienist or therapist with significant experience in general practice Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to use technology to deliver the role in a hybrid capacity Proven ability to take responsibility for keeping skills and knowledge up to date Driving licence and vehicle
