About the Role



Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic clinical planning and execution for assigned nuclear medicine programs Provide expert medical input into trial design, regulatory documents, and development plans Drive global clinical trial execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams Ensure patient safety oversight and contribute to safety management activities Support development of disease-specific clinical standards and protocols Represent clinical development in internal and external scientific discussions Interpret and present clinical data to guide program decisions and regulatory strategy Foster collaboration across global teams to accelerate delivery of innovative therapies

Essential Requirements

Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with advanced clinical training in a relevant medical or scientific field Minimum 4 years of clinical practice experience, including residency At least 3 years of experience in clinical research or drug development, with expertise in nuclear medicine Proven track record in leading clinical activities across Phases I-IV in academic or industry settings Minimum 2 years of global clinical trial execution experience in a matrixed pharmaceutical environment Strong knowledge of oncology and ability to interpret and present clinical efficacy and safety data Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), trial design, statistics, and regulatory processes Previous global people management experience, including leadership in matrix environments
