Hours:

40 hours per week, over 4 days, with 1:6 Saturdays No OOH.

The Team




You'll be joining a supportive, skilled, and compassionate team who are dedicated to providing outstanding veterinary care, Collaboration, continuous learning, and mutual respect are at the heart of everything we do.


We have one Veterinary Surgeon Certificate holder in Diagnostic Imaging and a Nurse Certificate holder in Anaesthesia along with 3 nurses doing schedule 3 procedures. The full Team consists of a Practice Manager, 7 Veterinary surgeons, 1 Clinical Nursing Manager, 11 RVN's, 2 SVN's and 10 Client Care team members.

What We're Looking For




Working closely with your Primary Care Director (PCD) and central support business partners -- including Finance, People & Organisation (HR), Medical Directors, Nursing, Marketing, Recruitment, and Client Care -- you will:

Lead the clinical delivery

across the business, ensuring excellence in all areas of patient and client care.

Oversee clinical standards and quality improvement

, education, clinical research, and veterinary leadership.

Inspire and engage

the practice teams through active leadership to ensure the highest levels of care and service.

Develop and deliver

the clinical and business strategy for your practice, in alignment with wider group objectives.

Provide leadership and line management

to the Senior Leadership Team, including the Practice Manager, Lead Vets, and Clinical/Group Nursing Manager (as appropriate).

Oversee key operational areas

such as Leadership, HR, Operations, Health & Safety, Client Care, and Marketing.

Lead on budget planning and financial performance

, ensuring delivery of agreed financial targets.

Foster a culture of respect, collaboration, and engagement

, driving wellbeing, harmony, quality, and productivity across the team.

Contribute to recruitment and retention

, promoting a positive, inclusive, and supportive working environment.
