: Up to 80,000 per annum (D.O.E) Up to 5,000 Welcome Bonus (direct applicants) or Relocation Package available

: Permanent, Full-time

Hours:

40 hours per week, over 4 days, with 1:6 Saturdays 8:30am-1pm, and 1:6 Saturdays 8:30am-5pm. No OOH.

Excellent facilities including Digital X-ray, ultrasound at both sites, large and small endoscope, electrocautery, cryotherapy, ophthalmic loops, dental equipment, orthopaedic air-powered tools, slit lamp, tono pens and more. Varied caseload of routine and more advanced primary care services including orthopaedic surgery, laparoscopic spay and laparoscopic biopsy, soft tissue surgery, eye, heart, and skin treatments, arthritis management and cancer treatment. We also offer referral services in ophthalmology.

The Team



As a practice, we are proud of our closely-knit, supportive team. The majority of whom have 20 years of service! We are all motivated individuals who are passionate about high standards and the pets in our care.


We are a 9 Veterinary Surgeon team with a certificate holder in Ophthalmology with three further Vets also working towards certificates including surgery and emergency and critical care (ECC) and acupuncture.

A confident individual who can provide clinical leadership and support to the veterinary team, promoting high standards of care and client services Ideally an advanced certificate holder or working towards a certificate Someone who enjoys supporting others, building team culture and leading with empathy and clarity. Clinical decision-making abilities, able to interpret diagnostics and make informed decisions. A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and remains calm under pressure and who is keen to drive new services

The Team



You will be very well supported by a highly experienced Practice Manager who is MBA qualified and can support and guide on business decisions.


Additionally, our out-of-hours services are supported by the esteemed Willows Veterinary Centre, and we recognise the importance of work-life balance so we can be flexible with working hours/patterns for the right candidate. We are happy to hear what would work for you.
