Responsible for leading the strategic and operational development of the integrated care agenda across the service portfolio and in conjunction with the Head of Health and Justice, for the design, planning and delivery of integrated offender health teams aligned to the national footprint of services. 2. Will take the lead on behalf of the service with engagement across the national footprint.

3. Responsible in conjunction with the Head of Service for the implementation of models of care as they develop across the systems. The post-holder will be expected to contribute to significant system developments, including attendance at relevant national programme meetings. They will need to work in partnership with a range partners to provide integrated, holistic services that achieve the best possible outcomes for the people we serve.

4. Line Management of Clinical Lead, responsible for the recruitment, performance management, appraisal and supervision.
