About The Role







Candor Vets are delighted to present an exciting opportunity, for an experienced veterinary professional to step into a

Clinical Director

role, at a well-established small animal hospital in

Leicester

.



This is a

permanent, full-time position

working

40 hours per week

, with the role split

80% clinical and 20% non-clinical

, based solely at the practice's

flagship hospital site

.



This position offers the perfect balance between clinical excellence and leadership, allowing you to shape the direction of the hospital, while continuing to deliver outstanding patient care.




About The Practice







This RCVS-accredited hospital is home to a large, friendly, and highly skilled team of

29 vets

, including certificate holders in

ophthalmology, orthopaedics, soft tissue surgery, and emergency critical care

.



The practice is equipped with

state-of-the-art facilities

In-house CT scanner

Dental suites with digital X-ray

Video endoscopy

ASIF kit, TPLO/TTA/Tightrope and arthroscopy
