Clinical Director
role, at a well-established small animal hospital inLeicester
.This is a
permanent, full-time position
working40 hours per week
, with the role split80% clinical and 20% non-clinical
, based solely at the practice'sflagship hospital site
.This position offers the perfect balance between clinical excellence and leadership, allowing you to shape the direction of the hospital, while continuing to deliver outstanding patient care.

This RCVS-accredited hospital is home to a large, friendly, and highly skilled team of
29 vets
, including certificate holders inophthalmology, orthopaedics, soft tissue surgery, and emergency critical care
.The practice is equipped with
