Ensure the delivery of safe, ethical, evidence-based treatment tailored to complex trauma presentations. Oversee clinical risk management, safeguarding practices, and escalation procedures across all services. Monitor clinical outcomes and performance indicators, using data to drive continuous improvement. Work closely with senior leadership to shape and implement the strategic clinical vision for Khiron Clinics. Lead clinical supervision structures, reflective practice, and ongoing professional development to ensure clinical staff maintain accreditation and modality-specific competencies. Manage clinical budgets, staffing allocations, and resources to ensure high-quality and efficient service delivery. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory expectations (CQC and related bodies), trauma-focused best practices, and emerging therapeutic developments. Act as the primary clinical point of contact during inspections, audits, and external reviews.
