We're seeking an experienced and motivated nurse to lead clinical education and practice development within our Community Nursing Service. This key role will support workforce growth, enhance patient safety, and uphold high standards of care across diverse settings, including patients' homes, care homes, and virtual wards. You'll provide expert guidance, coordinate competency frameworks, and deliver targeted learning to ensure excellence in out-of-hospital care. There are Full-time & Part time roles available (Min 15 hrs per week) - please state in your application what you can commit to. Please note this will predominantly be working Monday-Friday, but as required, will require weekend, twilight and night shift working - this will be discussed at the interview.

Compensation is contingent upon NHS experience and current banding/pay point.
