Key Responsibilities:
Support and manage daily home operations, maintaining standards of care.
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and healthcare policies.
Lead, mentor, and develop the care and management team.
Monitor quality assurance processes and foster a positive care environment.
Requirements:
Valid NMC Pin
Previous management experience of a nursing home
Strong knowledge of CQC standards and healthcare legislation.
Effective leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
Commitment to delivering compassionate, person-centred care.
Pay & Benefits:
Salary:
55,000 - 60,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
