Introduction:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Home Manager to oversee a high-quality nursing home in Chesterfield. This pivotal role ensures the delivery of outstanding elderly and dementia care within a compassionate and compliant setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring exceptional resident care. Support and develop the care team to maintain high standards and regulatory compliance. Ensure clinical governance, risk assessments, and quality assurance processes are followed. Maintain effective relationships with families, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies. Support the recruitment, training, and development of staff to promote a positive working environment.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with NMC registration. Proven experience in managing a care home or nursing facility. Strong understanding of elderly, dementia, and clinical care standards. Leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
