Clinical Lead - Regional (Birmingham)

Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Salary:

From 58,972 per annum (dependent on experience)

Requirements:

Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) - valid NMC registration Minimum 4 years' experience in a nursing home setting Proven leadership experience as Head of Nursing & Quality (or similar senior role) Strong knowledge of clinical governance, compliance, and quality assurance

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Clinical Lead to oversee nursing and quality across multiple units in Birmingham. This is a regional role, requiring excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. The successful candidate will ensure the highest standards of care, compliance, and clinical governance across all sites, while supporting and mentoring nursing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead on clinical quality and governance across regional sites Ensure compliance with CQC and regulatory standards Provide support and guidance to nursing staff and managers Drive improvements in care delivery and patient outcomes
